David Hulit

As Director of Specialty Real Estate Lending, David oversees a nationwide team specializing in SBA financing for owner-occupied commercial real estate. Over the past eight years, his passion, leadership and responsiveness guided a high-performing SBA lending team to generate nearly $90 million in annual SBA 7(a) volume. His talent for SBA lending comes naturally, as his mother is a retired Acting Administrator of the SBA. A lifelong Mainer, David enjoys spending time with his family at the beach or near home.
