    Jennifer has always been a planner—a skill that comes in handy as a CFO. With over 12 years of financial experience in banking and prior experience as a corporate controller, she believes planning ahead for those large, more detailed tasks is the key to good performance and results. When she’s not crunching the numbers, Jennifer loves music and discovering the history of jazz here in Ohio and the Midwest. This is a personal interest for her as her grandmother played the saxophone and toured with Ada Leonard’s all girl band during WWII.

    Not many people can say they’ve bowled one perfect game, but Michael can say he’s bowled two! As Community Development Director, Michael is responsible for planning and overseeing the implementation of the outreach and activities within the bank’s cities and neighborhoods. His 30 years of banking experience coupled with his supportive nature allows him to network with key leaders, constituents and partners with ease and stay on top of the latest trends and needs of our communities.

    With nearly three decades of financial expertise and a passion for mentoring his team, Anthony’s style is grounded in loyalty, active listening, and a commitment to doing things the right way. He sees United Midwest’s consistent vision and client-centric mindset as the foundation for meaningful, lasting relationships with borrowers and referral sources. Originally from the Chicago area and a proud Indiana Hoosier, he’s now a longtime San Diegan who celebrated a memorable first hole-in-one on a 167-yard par 3 in 2024

    As a former Division I athlete at Northwestern University, Beth has that same hardworking mindset for her 25 years as an SBA lender. Beth's perspective is shaped by both her lending experience and her time spent as a business broker. She is able to understand the concerns and motivations of both buyers and sellers, guide clients through every step of the lending process, and translate complex requirements into clear, manageable steps. Outside the office, Beth treasures time with family, cheering on her son at sporting events, and being outdoors with two energetic Labrador retrievers.

    With 30 years in SBA and commercial banking, Jon has helped business owners navigate a wide range of financing options. Known for his resourcefulness and practical mindset, he enjoys guiding clients through the lending process and uncovering solutions that move their businesses forward. Outside the office, Jon, a Navy veteran, embraces adventure and is an avid diver, sailor, and hiker. He has explored destinations around the globe, including Mount Kilimanjaro, the Red Sea, and the Belize Reef. He also enjoys traveling with his wife, spending time with their dog, and volunteering with the Progressive Animal Welfare Society and Habitat for Humanity.
